It started around 5:00 am on Nov 18, 2007. Dolly started giving birth. It was so quick in the beginning and then slowed. The pups were so beautiful and the proud momma finally had the last one on Nov. 19, 2007 without any complications. Dolly like any new mommy, was so proud. You could see it in her eyes that she was excited and happy. Not to mention I am sure she was glad that it was over. Her grandmother Dolly for whom she was named, was also there to share in the joy. She had eight boys and one girl. Beautiful Pups.
Needless to say, we will have a very Happy Thanksgiving !!

It all started when I got my first Great Dane - Thelma in 1997. She is a Blue Merle. She was not the best bred Dane, but she stole my heart. In 2003, I got my second Great Dane - Edisto Windsong (Greita) a Brindle. She won her International Puppy and Adult Champion. In 2004, I was blessed with my third girl Edisto Hello Dolly, a Fawn. I also took her through the steps and she won her AKC Champion on July 29, 2007. All of my girls live in my house and are my children.
